Kitchen Plan Set$2,500 Includes: Cover Page, Existing Layout + Electrical, Demo Plan, Proposed Layout, Proposed Electrical, Cabinet Elevations + Appliance Integration Notes.

$750 ( for bathrooms up to 70 sq ft)
Includes:

  • Up to 3–5 final rendered images (angles + detail views)

  • 1 bathroom space

  • Lighting and material realism adjustments

  • 1 minor revision included (texture/finish adjustments only)

Does Not Include:

  • Floor plan layout changes

  • Tile pattern redesign

  • Fixture selection
    (These can be added for additional cost if needed.)

Kitchen Rendering Package

$1,200 (for kitchens up to 200 sq ft)
Includes:

  • 3–5 final rendered images (wide + detail views)

  • Accurate reflection of your selected cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes

  • 1 minor revision included (color/finish adjustments only)

Does Not Include:

  • Cabinet redesign

  • Layout / appliance changes

  • Lighting plan changes

For larger kitchens, open-concept spaces, or multiple angles beyond included range: quoted separately after photos or plans are reviewed.

Turnaround: 5–10 business days from receiving all specs and finish selections.
